I am a self-employed HR Consultant and Operations Specialist, supporting start-ups, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations to deliver effective, scalable people and business solutions.

With over 25 years' experience in senior HR leadership roles, I bring a commercially focused and practical approach to helping organisations navigate growth, change and complexity. My background spans both strategic HR leadership and operational delivery — enabling me to look beyond traditional HR and focus on how people, processes and performance work together to drive success.

Throughout my career, I have held senior roles including Head of HR and Global HR leadership positions, working across multi-site and international organisations. I have led large-scale HR functions, supported leadership teams, and delivered transformational change across organisations of varying sizes and sectors.

Alongside this, I have worked as a self-employed consultant since 2010, partnering with a wide range of clients — from start-ups and SMEs to charities and global organisations — providing both HR and operational expertise.
